Looking up your serial number
Please search for your pump's serial number to pull up a specification sheet and recommended spare parts list.
For centrifugal pumps, the serial number is located on the pump housing and flange support.
For positive displacement pumps, the serial number is located on the pump housing and cover.
How to look up pump serial numbers in our system
To correctly search for pump serial numbers in our system, please follow the guidelines below based on the pump's manufacturing date:
Pumps built in late 2001 and after
Use the last 7 digits of the stamped serial number. Example: Serial Number FPR7421501205 — enter 1501205 into the search field. In this example, the "15" indicates the pump was built in 2015.
Pumps built mid-1995 to early 2001
These serial numbers may be shorter and vary in length. Use the last few digits, typically 4 to 5, depending on the serial format. Examples: FPX35220015 — enter 0015 (pump built in 2000). FPX35229815 — enter 98150.
Pumps built before mid-1995
These serial numbers contain only numbers (no letters) and follow a format similar to Fristam Germany's system. Format: first 3–4 digits model number; middle 2 digits year built (e.g. 68 = 1988, 72 = 1992); last 3–4 digits sequence number. Example: 355168055 — Model 3551, Year built 1988 (68), Sequence 055.
